Founded 2020, still the same two hands
Reem Al-Bawadi Construction & Contracting Co. was registered in Jordan in 2020, owned equally by Mazen Faisal Kayed Obeidat, General Manager, and Faisal Mazen Faisal Obeidat. Five years and 30 projects later, it's still a company you can reach the same two people at.
We work as prime contractor on every project we take on — no subcontracted layer between the client and the crew on site. That's not a slogan, it's how the company has operated since its first project.
Registration & classification
Reem Al-Bawadi is registered as a Fifth Grade General Building Contractor and holds active membership with the Jordan Contractors Association (Membership No. 6028). The classification reflects where the company sits today — the 30-project track record is the number worth paying attention to.
A newer line: Interior Design
Interior design and turnkey fit-out — including kitchens and furniture — is a newer line within the company, led by Sulieman Azar, with completed projects that predate this line formally joining Reem Al-Bawadi. Photos and full case studies are on their way.
